Luke brands bullies as 'Weak'Champion Kickboxer's Against Bullying -
England Kickboxer Luke Smith has shown his support to Desborough Kickboxing's stance on Anti-Bullying. Luke also had very strong views on the matter, saying that Bullying is something that scars the modern society.
Luke went on to say "I have seen bullying first hand from when i was at school, it really is a terrible thing"
"I always tried to stop it from happening, but sometimes people tend to not say anything in fear of being bullied themselves for standing up to someone"
"Bullies will only ever pick on people with little confidence, incidentally, they only do this because of confidence issues within themselves. This is why Kickboxing is such a great way to stop bullying from happening, it breeds confidence into people, a confident assertive person is the kind of person that will stand against bullying"
Luke was asked whether he thought anyone training with Desborough kickboxing was bullied to which he quickly replied "You can never be sure to be honest, but i know kickboxing has helped no end with every single person's confidence levels, and none of them look likely to be picked on by 'weak' bullies."
Richard Faller -
European Martial Arts Champion and Desborough instructor Richard Faller also displayed his anger at the way bullying ruins the childhood's of some unfortunate people.
Richard though was of exactly the same view as Luke Smith when he said that Kickboxing was certainly a great way to combat bullies.
He said "I think it's more a confidence thing, i don't mean to be saying that if you learn kickboxing you will be able to fight with the bullies, it's a sure fire way to build up confidence, and confidence is something that bullies hate"
"Bullies know that you simply can't bully someone that is confident"
Oliver Faller & Balraj Kang -
Ollie Faller and Barry Kang are two British champions that have both pledged their full suport to 'Anti-Bullying' with Desborough Kickboxing.
